Dahlia

Dahlia is a Vera daughter from our D litter and the most athletic dog in the house. She is a little finer than the imports, 72 pounds, fast, and she has a nose. She is the one who found the tennis ball that went over the wall last spring. Her photos are from a trial weekend in Colorado last October. She holds a BH-VT, a CGC and the DPCA Working Aptitude Certificate, and she is the dog we trust with nervous visitors because she reads people well and does not crowd them. Her hips came back OFA Fair, which is a passing grade and one we publish like any other. We have bred her only to Varro, whose hips are Good with strong hips behind him, and we follow the X-rays on every puppy from those litters. She is a vWD carrier bred to a clear male, so none of her puppies can be affected. Her second litter went home in April.
